1. When using the microscope, one hand must hold the arm of the microscope, the other hand must hold the base of the mirror, and keep the mirror upright. Do not tilt it with one hand to prevent falling off the eyepiece. Take it lightly, so that the arm of the mirror is facing you, and the person should be 5-10 cm away from the edge of the table. The table must be balanced, clean and out of direct sunlight.
2. Turn on the light source and turn on the power switch.
3. Place the slide specimen to be examined on the loading platform so that the material is directly in the center of the light hole. Then a spring pressure plate is clamped at both ends of the slide to prevent the slide specimen from moving. If it is a slide mover, slide the slide specimen into the slide mover, and then adjust the slide mover to move the material to the position directly opposite the center of the through-light hole.
4. When observing specimens under a microscope, the object image should be first found with a low-power objective lens. Because of the large observation range of low power objective lens, it is easier to find the object image, and it is easy to find the parts that need to be carefully observed.
