Product description
This is a classic bell jar, not a cheap plastic or thin glass imitation. Made of No. 4 Soda-Lime glass for excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance. Heavy wall - and by this we mean nearly 3/8 in. thick at the base. Jar measures 4.25 x 6.5 in, inside. Besides classic physics demonstrations these jars are often used as display cover for small, delicate or high value collectibles, or making mini-terrariums.
